Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Mystic Twins ("we," "us," "our") collects when you use themystictwins.net (the "Site"), why we collect it, and how it's handled. By submitting a booking or inquiry through the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit a booking or inquiry form, we collect:

We do not collect payment information through the Site, as no payment is processed here. We also do not require you to create an account to submit a booking.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3. How Your Information Is Shared

When you submit a form, a summary of what you entered is sent, via WhatsApp, to the Mystic Twins' admin numbers so a real person can follow up with you. Your booking details are also stored in our booking system (Google Firebase) so the team can track and manage sessions.

If a session time is proposed for a local booking, we send you a one-time confirmation link (a page on this Site) so you can confirm the proposed time yourself.

4. Where Your Information Is Stored

Booking data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database provider. This means your information may be processed and stored on servers outside Ghana. Firebase maintains its own security and data-handling standards as a service provider; our access to your data is restricted to the Mystic Twins' admin team.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain booking records for as long as reasonably needed to manage scheduling, maintain a history of past consultations, and respond to any follow-up you may have. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, see Section 7 below.

6. Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843)

As a Ghana-based service, we aim to handle personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), which is administered by the Data Protection Commission. Under the Act, you have rights over your personal data, including the right to know what's held about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You can, at any time:

To make any of these requests, message us on WhatsApp using the numbers on the Site, or use the contact details in Section 9.

8. Cookies & Third-Party Services

The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts and uses Google Firebase for booking storage. These services may process minimal technical information (such as IP address) as part of normal web delivery. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on the Site.

9. Contact Us
